Sadee Bee (she/her) is ever-evolving, as living with mental illness is never a straight line, and she hopes to be a voice and advocate for those like her. She also uses art as an outlet, creating whatever comes to mind, and is heavily drawn to speculative and out-of-this-world elements. She is inspired by strange dreams, magic, and creepy vibes.

I am made of matter / of stars colliding and dispersing

beneath my skin / I am made of that delicious milky cosmos above /

One you can see if the sky is clear enough /

I am made of matter / yet much that I do / does not matter /

When I wave my hands in the air / I cannot move the stars /

Cannot caress that sweet, frightening Milky Way /

Cannot shift the wind / nor make time any less unending /

When a star falls / I cannot catch it in my star-made hands /

Oh how I wish to feel the cold burn of what was

once my home / In my dreams / where time still passes /

that giant linear cluster in the sky / unzips itself /

Bares its dark open wound / the emptiness behind it /

Shows me all our familial intimacies /

We are of matter / and of nothing /

of time beginning / of time ending / and the endless stretch

in-between /

Behind the burning brightness / the mesmerizing beauty /

There is a part of us / longing to be filled /
